What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with individuals to develop personalized support plans reflective of their goals, preferences, and needs, utilizing the principles of person-centered planning.
  • Assist in areas such as transportation, meal preparation, financial literacy, technology skills, vocational support, social connections, and recreational activities. 
  • Provide consistent support during personal care and ensure her living space is organized and accessible.
  • Provide opportunities to learn and enhance life skills, including budgeting, using technology, and engaging with community resources.
  • Foster independence by encouraging individuals to participate actively in their service planning and daily activities.
  • Provide transportation to appointments, community events, and social activities, ensuring individuals have access to the wider community.
  • Facilitate community connections by supporting individuals in building relationships with peers, family, and community members.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services provided, including daily activity records and progress notes, to track individual outcomes and goals.
  • Communicate regularly with supervisors and other team members regarding individual progress and any emerging needs or concerns.
  • Adhere to agency policies and procedures, ensuring that all services meet compliance requirements and the highest standards of quality.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in person-centered practices.

What You'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A degree or experience in related fields is a plus.
  • Ability to successfully complete required background checks.
  • Dedicated attitude to provide support to people with disabilities.
  • Flexibility, teamwork mentality, and reliability.

Pay Range: $12.50 - USD $16.00/Hourly | Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas 

Hours: Tuesday - Friday 2pm - 10pm | Weekly Pay & Benefits
