Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Pay Range: $12.50 - $14.00/hour | Weekly Pay
Location: Fayetteville, AR

Available Shifts:

• Saturday-Sunday: 8:00 AM-8:00 PM

(Shift assignments may vary based on individual needs and scheduling.)

We partner with government agencies, nonprofit organizations, healthcare providers, schools, foundations, businesses, and families to provide effective, least-restrictive supports that help individuals with disabilities live meaningful lives in environments they and their families choose.

About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate and reliable DSPs to provide hands-on support to an adult consumer in their home and community. This role focuses on promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life through person-centered care.

DSPs empower individuals to live in a home of their choice, access community resources, attend school or work, and participate in activities that are meaningful to them.

About the Individual you will Support:

The individual is an adult male who enjoys a relaxed, independent lifestyle and values freedom, social interaction, and time spent in the community. He enjoys activities such as going to the park, playing basketball, watching movies, playing video games, and spending time with friends and family. He prefers a casual and supportive environment where he can make choices about his daily routine.

He benefits from consistent, patient support with daily living skills, routines, and community engagement. He does best with staff who are punctual, respectful of his personal space, and provide clear but relaxed guidance. He may need support with organization, decision-making, and maintaining structure in his day while working toward greater independence.

He is currently focused on independent living goals, including maintaining his own home, building stability, improving budgeting skills, and increasing community involvement. He is also interested in employment and further education opportunities in the future.

Support staff should be dependable, respectful, and encouraging, with an emphasis on promoting independence, safety, consistency, and positive community engagement.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (or 1 year relevant experience)
• 18 years or older
• Required to pass background checks and required clearances
• Flexibility to work weekend schedules
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.

Working Conditions:

• Work occurs in people's homes, community settings, and agency sites; may include standing, walking, and driving.
