Builds trust and collaborative partnerships with people receiving support and other internal and external stakeholders.
Oversees the Compliance and Regulations Department improvement plan implementation plans.
Conducts Charting the Life Course explorations as part of the project management process.
Receives and processes Specialty Support referrals as assigned.
Identifies available resources through research and networking.
Completes Specialty Supports project process as assigned
Creates and nurtures a culture throughout the organization that promotes ASN’s person-centered philosophy within its services.
Stays abreast of best practices in the field and state funder requirements in person-centered philosophy.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field.
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in human services or a related field is preferred
1+ years of project management experience preferred
Ability to complete a project manager program in the first three months of employment.
Ability to complete the Charting the Life Course Ambassador training in the first three months of employment.
Ability to employ critical thinking and practical communication skills and work independently to research available resources and network with internal and external stakeholders.
