The individual benefits from structured routines, one-to-one support, visual communication tools, and assistance with daily living skills and personal care. She responds well to patient guidance, redirection, and encouragement while continuing to build communication, social, and independence skills in both home and community settings.

What You’ll Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

• Age: Must be 18 years or older.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or 1 year of relevant experience.
• Clearances: Ability to pass all required background checks and screenings.
• Mobility: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (essential for community outings).
• Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends or fill-in shifts as needed.

Working Conditions

• Work is performed in the individual's home, community settings, and agency sites.
• Position requires standing, walking, driving, and assisting with personal care.
