We partner with government agencies, nonprofit organizations, healthcare providers, schools, foundations, businesses, and families to provide effective, least-restrictive supports that help individuals with disabilities live meaningful lives in environments they and their families choose.

About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate and reliable DSPs to provide hands-on support to an adult consumer in their home and community. This role focuses on promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life through person-centered care.

DSPs empower individuals to live in a home of their choice, access community resources, attend school or work, and participate in activities that are meaningful to them.

About the Individual you will Support:
This individual enjoys engaging in meaningful daily activities that bring joy, comfort, and a sense of purpose. The individual has a strong interest in recreational and community-based experiences such as shopping, dining out, going for car rides, walking, visiting parks, and participating in leisure activities like movies and board games. They also enjoy being around animals and exploring community spaces such as pet stores, aquariums, and local attractions.

A successful support environment for this individual includes opportunities to build independence, participate in preferred activities, and make choices that reflect their interests and comfort. They thrive in settings that encourage creativity, personal expression, and routine activities that feel enjoyable and familiar.

It is important that supports respect their preferences, promote autonomy, and avoid placing them in situations that cause discomfort or distress. Person-centered care and encouragement in decision-making are essential to ensuring a positive and meaningful daily experience.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (or 1 year relevant experience)
• 18 years or older
• Required to pass background checks and required clearances
• Flexibility to work weekend schedules
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.

Working Conditions:

• Work occurs in people's homes, community settings, and agency sites; may include standing, walking, and driving.
