We are currently seeking a Lead Behavior Technician (LBT) a paraprofessional in behavior analysis to join our team. 

The LBT assists in supervising and training the assigned Behavior Technicians (BT) in delivering behavior-analytic services while implementing an individualized treatment plan under the direction and close supervision of a Behavior Analyst or a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, who is responsible for all work LBTs perform.

The Person-Centered Planning Specialist (PCSP) is a Project Manager with excellent research and networking skills who is responsible for receiving and processing referrals, evaluating each referral, and planning, executing, monitoring, and closing each assigned project. The PCSP connects the different departments and people receiving services in the agency. The PCSP oversees the compliance and regulations department's improvement plans. The PCSP incorporates into its practice the critical aspects of quality in human services, the tools and principles of Charting the Life Course framework, and the principles of disability justice.
